Vogue 1250

Another year!  I have joined the RTW Fasters and have started off the year with putting Vogue 1250 to good use.  This is a pattern that has been around for a few years.  A very easy pattern that looks fabulous on everyone.  I made three versions it is so good.  Two dresses and a tunic length top:

For the tunic I shortened it and redrafted the bottom back section to have more flare.  Time now to step aside from V1250 :)

She's back, she's back!!!! And with a vengeance ;)This is a pattern that should stay in a rotation as it is so versatile, looks great, and the best thing is that it's easy to make. All of your pieces look wonderful. I was so happy to see your post!!

What a comeback - all those versions are fantastic. I think the key to that dress is getting the right fabric, and I just love those prints you've used

I'm THRILLED to see you posting again!
You look stunning in your new dresses/tunic!
I've made this dress once too and it's a great pattern. I'm also in favor of taking full advantage of each pattern like you did here; time is so short, so if the pattern is already cut out, why shouldn’t it be used more than once, using different fabrics and perhaps with some slight pattern alterations? Thumbs up!!

xoxo

All three garments are lovely, but I LOVE the green dress. The print is amazing, and I love how the color suits you. Gorgeous.

All three versions look great on you. I must be the last person on earth who has not sewn this pattern yet.

That dress looked good on everyone (you too) but me. I don't understand why it didn't fit me. Yours is gorgeous.
